"Le Perchoir" is our studio located on the ground floor wit a private balcony ! Comfortable, modern furniture with a touch of design as we like!

This studio is authentic, clever and very practical. Small size big space! And yes it has been thought out with ingenuity to take full advantage of every corner of the apartment! A lot of natural wood for a cosy and warm atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, relaxation corner with a comfy sofa and a smart TV.

Bathroom with walk-in shower in a neat and refined design, displaying amazing antique tiles ...

• Upon arrival:   biodegradable coffee caps( a bottle of water, shower gel, a toiletry sets )

• Dog-friendly upon request (1 dog only, €10 / night).

• For babies: a high chair and crib (on request).
